Designed Around Your Operation
Every logistics operation is different. Titan develops equipment around the customer’s product dimensions, load requirements, handling methods, storage systems, transport routes and workplace conditions.
- Product Dimensions and Load Capacity
- Stackable and Foldable Structures
- Casters, Towing, and Forklift Attachments
- Partitions, liners, and internal fastening structures
- Protective Structures and Ergonomic Design
- Powder Coating, Galvanizing, and Other Surface Treatments
- Labels, Nameplates, and Asset Identification
- Design for Automation and Warehousing Compatibility
Validate Before Mass Production
Before mass production, Titan can produce prototypes for dimensional review, structural evaluation, handling tests and application validation. This helps identify potential issues early and reduces modification costs during later production stages.

Quality Controlled at Every Stage
Quality control is integrated throughout the project rather than limited to final inspection. Each stage is reviewed against approved drawings, specifications and customer requirements.

Incoming Material Inspection
Confirm the material specifications, dimensions, and related documents.

In-Process Inspection
Inspect critical dimensions, welded structures, assembly locations, and manufacturing consistency.

Final Inspection
Inspect the appearance, functionality, dimensions, load capacity, stackability, and surface finish.

Documentation
Provide inspection records, material documentation, and relevant quality data in accordance with project requirements.
Clear Communication. Controlled Delivery.
Every project is managed through defined technical, production and delivery stages. Titan maintains clear communication on specifications, drawings, samples, production progress and shipment arrangements.

Each case study presents the customer’s operational needs, our customized equipment solution and the practical value delivered through improved efficiency, durability, safety and lifecycle performance.
Foldable Roll Cage for Retail Distribution
Industry: Retail & E-commerce
Service: Product Optimization, Manufacturing, Delivery
Product: Foldable Roll Cage
Challenge
A retail distribution company required roll cages for moving mixed goods between its distribution centre and stores. The equipment needed to be easy to handle in narrow aisles, durable enough for frequent daily use and space-efficient during empty return transport.
Solution
Titan developed a foldable roll cage with a reinforced steel frame, smooth-running heavy-duty castors and secure side panels. The folding structure reduced the space required for empty storage and return transport. The design was also optimized for fast loading, convenient store delivery and repeated operation in demanding logistics environments.
Result
The new roll cage improved daily handling efficiency, reduced empty return space and provided a more durable solution for repeated store deliveries.
Parcel Handling Roll Cage for Postal Operations
Industry: Postal & Parcel
Service: Custom Development, Production, Fleet Support
Product: Nestable Parcel Roll Cage
Challenge
A parcel operator needed a large fleet of roll cages for sorting and transporting packages between distribution hubs. The equipment had to support rapid loading, easy movement and efficient storage when not in use. The existing cages were difficult to organize and occupied excessive floor space during off-peak periods.
Solution
Titan developed a nestable parcel roll cage with an open-access structure, reinforced mesh panels and durable swivel castors. The nesting design allowed empty units to be stored together while maintaining convenient access during parcel sorting. Identification plates and colour-coded components could also be added to support fleet management.
Result
The new design improved equipment organization, reduced storage space for empty cages and supported faster parcel handling between operational areas.
